Terms of service

Terms governing Scriptvaultgrid's relocation guidance for Germany.

1. Acceptance and scope

By booking or using Scriptvaultgrid guidance, you accept these terms. We provide general relocation and administrative preparation concerning life in Germany. We are not a law firm, tax practice, financial adviser, immigration authority, insurer, bank, or appointment-booking agency.

2. Bookings and client responsibilities

You must provide accurate non-sensitive information relevant to the session, attend at the agreed time, and independently verify time-sensitive requirements with the responsible authority. Do not send identity scans, banking credentials, or full tax documents unless a secure and necessary method has been expressly agreed.

3. Fees, cancellation, and refunds

Fees are displayed before booking and are due as agreed in the booking confirmation. Rescheduling, cancellation, preparation charges, and refunds follow our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

4. Intellectual property

Our written roadmaps, checklists, site copy, and visual materials remain Scriptvaultgrid intellectual property. Clients may use consultation materials personally but may not resell, publish, or systematically reproduce them without written permission. Official forms and linked government materials belong to their respective publishers.

5. No guaranteed outcome

Authorities, banks, employers, and other providers make their own decisions. Appointment availability, document acceptance, processing times, account approval, and tax treatment cannot be guaranteed. Guidance reflects information reasonably available at the time of the service.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by German law, we are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and mandatory statutory liability. For ordinary negligence involving a material contractual duty, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical loss. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Governing law and disputes

German law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules where legally permitted. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory venues remain unaffected. Consumers may use available public dispute-resolution information, though Scriptvaultgrid is not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration unless the law requires otherwise.

8. Contact and changes

Questions may be sent to info@scriptvaultgrid.digital. We may update these terms for future services; the version accepted at booking applies to that booking unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
