Who this is for
This session is designed for people arriving in Germany within the next six weeks, or those who have arrived and found that their housing, employment, and registration dates do not line up neatly. It is especially useful for first-time residents in Berlin who need to understand what Anmeldung unlocks and what can be handled before it.
What we map together
We begin with your address and whether your landlord or main tenant can provide a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung. We then place your Bürgeramt appointment, expected tax ID letter, employer payroll deadline, health insurance confirmation, and bank-account needs on one timeline.
You leave with:
- a written 30-day sequence based on your actual dates;
- a document checklist for address registration;
- official links for the relevant Berlin services;
- a fallback route if an appointment or letter is delayed;
- a short list of issues that require an immigration lawyer, tax adviser, insurer, or bank.
What is outside the session
We do not book scarce appointments on your behalf, certify translations, submit declarations, choose investments, or provide legal and tax advice. We can help you identify the right official office or regulated professional.
How it works
After you inquire, we send a short preparation email. The session lasts 75 minutes and can take place at our Tempelhofer Ufer office or by encrypted video call. Your written roadmap arrives within one business day. One clarification email within seven days is included.
Before we meet
Do not email passport scans or bank statements. Bring documents to an in-person meeting or refer to the relevant fields during a video call. If you are registering a spouse or children at the same address, mention that in your inquiry so we can prepare the correct checklist.
