Cancellation and refund policy

Refund, rescheduling, late cancellation, and preparation rules for Scriptvaultgrid relocation sessions.

Cancellation window

You may cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled session, provided no separately agreed custom preparation has begun. Cancellations received 24–48 hours before the session qualify for a 50% refund. Fees are normally non-refundable with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Rescheduling and no-shows

One reschedule is available without charge when requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Later changes may be treated as a cancellation. If you do not attend and do not contact us within 15 minutes of the start time, the session is a no-show and the fee is non-refundable.

Work already started

Where you ask us to begin a tailored roadmap or document review before the cancellation period ends, you may be charged reasonably for work completed with your express agreement. Purchased third-party materials are not normally required; any exceptional cost will be approved by you in advance and is non-refundable once committed.

Service concerns

If the agreed session cannot be delivered because of our error, you may choose a replacement appointment or full refund. A partial refund may be offered where only part of the agreed scope was delivered. Dissatisfaction with an authority’s decision, bank rejection, unavailable appointment, or processing delay does not by itself make guidance refundable.

How refunds work

Email info@scriptvaultgrid.digital with your name, appointment date, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days; your provider may take additional time to display the credit.

Statutory consumer cancellation rights and mandatory exceptions under German law remain unaffected. Where a service is fully performed during a statutory withdrawal period after your express request and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right may expire as provided by law.
