Data we process and why
We process contact details, inquiry content, scheduling information, service records, correspondence, and invoicing data to respond to requests and perform a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We process records required by tax and commercial law under Article 6(1)(c), and limited security and service-improvement data under our legitimate interests in Article 6(1)(f). Optional analytics, if introduced, rely on consent under Article 6(1)(a).
Please do not place passport numbers, bank credentials, tax IDs, health details, or document scans in the contact form. If sensitive information is inadvertently received, we restrict access and delete it when it is not needed.
Recipients and international transfers
Authorised staff and contracted hosting, email, scheduling, and accounting providers may process data only as needed. Where a provider processes information outside the European Economic Area, we use an adequacy decision or safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, with supplementary measures where required.
Retention
Unsuccessful inquiries are normally deleted within six months. Consultation correspondence is generally retained for three years after the end of the client relationship to address contractual questions. Invoices and records subject to German statutory retention are kept for the required period, commonly up to ten years. Consent records are held as needed to demonstrate the choice.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or another competent supervisory authority.
Automated decisions and updates
We do not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We update this notice when processing changes and place the current date at the top. Cookie details are available in our cookie notice.
