Changes and cancellations
You may reschedule once without charge when you give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellation and refund terms depend on notice and whether preparation has begun; see the refund policy for the full details.
Complex immigration, tax, legal, or financial questions are outside these fees. If your situation needs a regulated adviser, we will identify that boundary before proceeding where possible.
