Scriptvaultgrid began with a recurring pattern: newcomers could find a registration form, a bank comparison, or a tax-office page, but struggled to understand which action depended on which document.
Our work is to make that sequence visible. We prepare clients for administrative appointments, help them read official requirements carefully, and state the limits of our role.
Who you will meet
Mara Klein, lead relocation adviser, has supported international employees, researchers, couples, and independent professionals settling in Berlin since 2018. Her work focuses on arrival planning, address registration preparation, and referrals to qualified legal and tax specialists when a matter crosses into regulated advice.
Jonas Reed, client coordinator, manages preparation notes and keeps official links current. He also makes sure clients know what not to email: Scriptvaultgrid does not need copies of passports, bank statements, or tax letters to schedule a conversation.
How we work
We use ordinary words, current official sources, and checklists tied to your dates. We do not sell bank products, promise Bürgeramt appointments, or disguise general guidance as legal advice. If an answer depends on an authority’s discretion, we say that.
Our Berlin office is available by appointment, and video calls are offered for clients elsewhere in Germany or still preparing to move.
